My, How the Junos Sucked
I gave up finishing my SXSW blog - it was taking too long. A long story made short: many bands, many beers, many good times. See you in 2007.
So the Junos were this past weekend. While I like the idea of an awards show for Canadian music, it has become SO LAME in recent years. First i thought it would just suck, then I found out Pamela Anderson was the host so I knew it would blow. Then she started spouting off about PETA and it started to lick.
Then just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it turns out Michael Buble's people were advertizing awards he won BEFORE he won them. So now I just wonder, what's the point?

I completely ignored them this year once they announced the Pam thing. Ok, I did look at some of the nominations, but they hardly did the show any favours. But anyway, a complete and immediate overhaul is the only hope.
